How does the repair process work?
1. Choose your device and the type of repair you require.
2. Complete the form and Pay by Paypal, Cheque, Postal Order or Cash or Direct Bank Transfer.
3. Send us your device by recorded or special delivery, securely packaged.
4. Your device will be repaired and posted back to you; 24hrs min - 72hrs max.
a. If the parts are out of stock, we will contact you and let you know an estimated repair date.
b. If you wish to have your device returned without repair, there is a return fee.

What is included in the price of repair?
The price for repair includes the parts, labor and 90-day warranty.
Do you offer a walk-in repair service?
Yes we do - If you live locally or are on holiday in ILFORD (East London), feel free to drop off your device during business hours for a free diagnosis and an estimate for repair. We do perform repairs while you wait and give you a complete quote for repair.
How long does it take to repair an iPhone, if I bring it to you?
All iPhone repairs take 15 mins if you use our walk-in service.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday - Saturday 0900am - 0600pm / Sunday 1000am - 0300pm.
How fast will I get my device back if I post it to you?
For iPhones it is 24 hours; if you send your iPhone Monday, it will be with us Tuesday and leave us on the same day, arriving back to you on Wednesday. If you send us a laptop for screen repairs then it will be up to 72hrs. If one of the parts necessary for repair is out of stock, we will contact you letting you know an estimated repair date.
How long does the free diagnostic and repair process take?
Once we receive your device, we will conduct a diagnostic test. As soon as the diagnostic is complete we will contact you with the necessary repairs. This will occur within 24 hours of our receipt of your device. Any repairs will be conducted solely at your discretion. Once you have approved the repairs, we will have your device repaired and shipped out within 72 hours. If one of the parts necessary for repair is out of stock, we will contact you letting you know an estimated repair date.
Which Apple devices do you repair?
iPhone (3G, 3GS, 4 & 4S).
iPad (1st, 2nd & 3rd Generations).
iPod Touch (2n, 3rd & 4th Generations).
Which Apple devices do you NOT repair?
iPod Nano.
iPod Mini.
iPhone 1st Generation.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal, so all purchases are covered under PayPal's £2,000 Protection Policy. Payments can also be made by Postal Order, Cash, Cheque and direct Bank Transfer. Please make cheques payable to “Mobi Link” and allow 3 working days for clearance.
How will this affect my Apple warranty?
Any repairs conducted by any third party other than Apple, to include ourselves, will void the Apple warranty.
After you repair an Apple device, what do you do with the damaged parts?
We dispose of damaged iPhone, iPad & iPod parts according to all current environmental regulations.
What if I decline to have my device repaired?
1. We will ship the unit back to you for a return fee, (see return fees above).
2. You can choose to abandon your device and we will dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner.
