How it Works -The 24 Hour Repair Process For Mail-in Services
From the time we receive your device, we take 7 steps to repair it-perfectly!
It’s always our goal to be efficient. But in the instance there are more repairs needed than estimated, you take more time than usual to approve repairs or perhaps we have more on our plate than usual, the process may take longer than 24 hours to complete. You’ll be able to follow the process online too!

Step 1: You place an order
Visit the iPhone, iPad & iPod Repair page of our site and choose a service that best describes your needs. If you don’t know what’s affecting your device, there’s a service for that! Choose our diagnosis service to find out what the exact issues are within 24 hours. Or call us during normal business hours to speak to a live representative. No matter the service you choose, your order must be completed before you send in your device.
Step 2: We receive your device
A note: Before sending your device, please ensure it’s packaged with a copy of your order or, the order number (you received via email). It allows us to speedily match your device to our records.
Once we match your device to our order records, we test it and begin making notes. We then make an update to your online account (to pending) so that you know your device has been safely received.
Step 3: The Evaluation
After the initial inspection, a trained technician specializing in your specific model device will make a detailed evaluation. If you’ve chosen a specific repair such as LCD screen replacement, the technician will run all appropriate tests to uncover any underlying or resulting problems the defect produced. Again, we’ll update your online account to reflect our findings.
Step 4: Awaiting repair approval
Even if you prepaid for a repair we will not begin any repairs until you approve them. Sometimes one defect leads to visible issues and the underlying malfunction has to be fixed. So, if we find more glitches than anticipated we will alert you and await approval before moving forward.
Step 5: Repairs completed
We organize our repairs by priority. Meaning, the sooner you approve repairs the sooner they can be completed. We then prioritize by the receipt date. All repairs are made by a specialist trained in your specific device. Get back to your life by choosing a service that places as much importance on your device as you do.
Step 6: Testing
Once the required and approved repairs have been made, the device moves on to the testing phase. This Quality Control stage requires your device to pass tests that measure its usability and performance. Should your device fail a part of this phase, the technician in charge of your repair will re-assess and make any required changes. We are relentless at this stage of the process because our standards require we return your device to peak performance.
Step 7: Repackaged and Returned
Out of the Quality Control stage and ready for return, we begin by carefully packaging your device for transit. We return your device via Royal Mail Special Delivery and send a tracking invoice to you via email.
