We return all repairs via Royalmail Special deliver "Guaranteed delivery the next working day" your iPhone, iPad and iPod is also fully insured upto the value of £500.

 Return policy: Our 30-day money back return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure that you made the right decision. Sorry, there are no refunds after 30 days and NO REFUNDS on labor or shipping charges. If you had an item installed by our professional staff, you generally have a 90 day warranty (or longer!) on the installed part(s) unless otherwise noted on your original invoice. That's all there is to it!

Refund: Once a refund has been confirmed, be it over the phone or via our messaging system you will need to return your device for processing.Once we receive your return and checked the issue, we'll process the refund, and reimbursements will arrive within 15 business days. Receive Your Repaired Item Back:  Once we receive your defective item, it will be expedited through our diagnosis and repair department to quickly resolve the issue. We will contact you with our findings, and our warranty covers only parts that we installed, not additional problems. We'll locate the issue, correct it, and get it back into your hands via overnight shipping at no additional cost to you. That's all there is to it!
